Mr. C*nts Tadpole Shop

This sign perplexed me because....

Bakmie is a Meat Noodle Dish

Pak is the Indonesian equivalent of Mr.
Memek is Bahasa Indonesian for Vagina

Cebongang means Tadpole
Pasar means Market

Surely there has been some mistake?  If not I'm confused!
